• Create a launch campaign strategy and creative idea for Vida Serviced Apartments, positioning it as a new hospitality brand in KSA with high standards and premium amenities.
• Present Vida Serviced Apartments at Jeddah Gate as a main market differentiator by highlighting the project’s USPs.
What is VIDA
The new KSA VIDA is a hospitality project offering 4 stars Hotel and serviced apartments that will be developed at Jeddah Gate project with an overall land area (7,011 m2).
It includes 2 hospitality buildings, 1 will be operated as a Hotel (Rooms & Suites) and the other will offer furnished serviced apartments (for Sale) with the possibility of renting them through Emaar, both branded as "VIDA".
In our campaign, our focus will be on the furnished serviced apartments’ tower.

Creative Rationale
Arabic hospitality at home equals the treatment of hotel guests.
We say “enta Dayf” when we mean you will be well taken care of and that you should not bother with anything.
VIDA created a unique offering a home and a hotel in one.
Not only is your apartment serviced, but you also have access to all the high end services and amenities a 4-star hotel offers.
So, at VIDA You Are Your Own Guest.
Art Direction
To create the two worlds of home and hotel colliding into VIDA, we got inspired by the logo.
The V and the A is the same shape but inverted.
When interlinked they form a diamond shape in the middle that will serve as a holding device for the logo.
